Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes. Every bottle is factory-sealed and sourced from the perfume houses or their official distributors. We never sell decants as new bottles, refills or grey-market stock.
How fast is delivery in Canada?
Orders placed before 2 pm ET on business days ship the same or next business day from Ontario. Most Ontario and Quebec addresses receive their order in 1 to 3 business days, and the rest of Canada in 3 to 6.
Eau de parfum, extrait or perfume oil: which should I choose?
Eau de parfum is an alcohol-based spray with a bright opening and good projection. Extrait de parfum carries a higher concentration of oils for more depth and wear. Perfume oils, or attars, are alcohol-free and sit close to the skin with an intimate, long-lasting trail.
How do I use bakhoor?
Place a piece of bakhoor on a heated charcoal disc or an electric burner. Let the fragrant smoke fill the room, then waft it through clothing, hair and fabrics. A little goes a long way.
Can I return a fragrance?
Unopened items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened fragrances cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, but if anything arrives damaged or incorrect we will make it right immediately.
